Reviews bids for changes to neighborhood property and reviews needs for architecture development within the neighborhood.

Reviews committee and community budgets and helps plan for projects in the neighborhood.

Meets to review the bylaws and makes recommendations for changes and updates to protect the neighborhood and the homeowners. 

Over sees the general welfare and function of the HOA and enforces the Bylaws and Covenants
